Document Management. Document management interfaces with Microsoft Word to allow you to use one of the most powerful and popular Windows products. PMS records each piece of correspondence by category and description. You and your staff can easily find and print letters for a specific patient at any time.

Comprehensive Reports. All pertinent reports allow for a date range selection, making them suitable for daily, weekly, monthly and annual totals.

Mail/Merge. Interfaces with Microsoft Word to provide you the ability to create Form letters. Such as Missed Appointments, Appointment Notices, Notice of Physician's schedule change, etc. The PMS databases tables are fully accessible using Microsoft products.

Data Base Accessibility and the Power of Microsoft. Because we do not use a proprietary database, and because we subscribe to the principal of "your data belongs to you", our databases will easily import into most popular databases, spreadsheets, and word processing applications. Such as Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel), Lotus, Word Perfect, etc.
