How long will the process take to setup my medical practice account?

We can start the process and start sending claims immediately, but the entire setup process can take up to 6 weeks to send everything electronically. Many factors are involved here. All necessary information and paperwork needed for processing and setup should be submitted to e-Notes Billing Services immediately by contact staff. The enrollment process, setup and registration will begin with the clearinghouse. They require specific information and forms. The timing of paperwork is the key. Insurance EDI enrollment forms/contracts need to be submitted. Government carriers take a substantial amount of time (up to 4 weeks), commercial (1-2 wks.).
